UNICEF: Floods in Indonesia
UNICEF is an international organization with offices worldwide, dedicated to the survival, health, rights and education of children in all countries and places. UNICEF Emergency Program Officer Susan Ngongi talks about the latest situation and relief efforts in flood-affected Aceh, Indonesia. On the flood-ravaged island of Sumatra, high water levels are hindering rescue efforts and pose a serious threat of disease outbreaks. UNICEF and its partners are providing emergency aid.
