This PSA campaign is a longstanding Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) activity. FVAP administers the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act, wich guarantees voting rights of Uniformed Services personnel and their dependents when absent from their voting residence as well as all citizens residing outside the U.S. This PSA campaign encourages 18-24 years old to stay involved in their communities bye just doing what they can, when they can. FVAP believes encouraging civic engagement is a message that needs to be consistent over time - not just during an election year.
