The Volvo XC60 Concept, part of the Small Premium Utility segment, combines elements of a coup' with those of an SUV. It features a six-cylinder bio ethanol engine, designed to cut emissions of fossil carbon dioxide by up to 80 percent. The XC60 Concept maintains Volvo's focus on safety with its new "City Safe" active collision avoidance system, designed to minimize or avoid damage from low-speed rear-impact collisions. Additional features include a more "pumped-up" design, enlarged iron mark in the grille and a new tailgate design.
