Due to their financial circumstances, many of America's student do not have access to a college education. Since 1944, the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) has sought to provide a quality education to these financially disadvantaged, yet deserving students. Since the beginning of this campaign 35 years ago, UNCF has helped more than 350,000 minority students
graduate from college. To impact tomorrow's world by opening up educational opportunities
for minority youth today, because a mind is a terrible thing to waste
