Lifelong Literacy - Open your mind
In 2001, the Library of Congress and the Ad Council partnered to create a PSA campaign to
angage all Americans in learning their nation's history through its online resources
available and useful to the Congress and the American people, and to sustain and preserve
a universal collection of knowledge and creativity for future generations. To inspire fun
and promote literacy in all types of learning, including reading books, magazines and
cartoons, cisiting museums, creating music, and using one's imagination .
