Cada día, más de 1,200 hombres y mujeres jóvenes renuncian a su educación secundaria y, en muchos casos, a ellos mismos. Una vez que los estudiantes toman la decisión de dejar de asistir a clases, carecen de las herramientas para competir en la sociedad de hoy y disminuyen sus oportunidades de obtener mayor éxito en el futuro. Sin embargo, la decisión de retirarse de la escuela no pasa de la noche a la mañana; viene después de años de frustración y fracaso. A menudo, aquellos que abandonan los estudios se han quedado sin motivación y no tienen fuentes de apoyo o ánimo en la escuela o el hogar. La campaña, llamada "Boost" ("Estímulo"), intenta ayudar a crear una identidad, apoyo y ánimo para aquellos que pueden estar en riesgo de dejar de asistir a clases. Alienta a adolescentes y padres a darle a estos chicos con dificultades un estímulo, para ayudarlos a permanecer en la escuela y graduarse.
